The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a nice quiet area, adjacent to the beach and the city and the center of Hoi An and the taxi. Got the same new-fashioned and airy room with balcony booked online, really enjoyed that.

We loved everything about Red House Homestay - Villa. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful gardens, refreshing pool, and comfortable rooms. the garden view from our room was delightful, and we enjoyed sitting on our patio, overlooking the pool. the breakfast options were substantial and cooked to perfection. the hosts, Luong and Van, were welcoming and sociable, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. the homestay is located a short distance from town, but it's easy to get there with a quick grab ride. We also appreciated the convenient location near local markets and Bana Spa. Red House Homestay - Villa provided the perfect getaway, meeting all our expectations. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

Title: Quaint and Welcoming Homestay
A small improvement that would make the stay even better for senior guests would be to have larger and more comfortable seating options in the common areas. It would be wonderful to have cozy armchairs or plush sofas where we can relax and socialize with the children working there.
